DT is privileged to manage the 2013 Spring/Summer Collection launch for Swarovski. Combining interactive elements such as transparent glass venue with greenhouse technology, tropical plants and samba music, an authentic ‘Tropical Paradise’ environment was reproduced to fit this year’s South America style theme. ‘Tropical Paradise’ represented a serendipitous of warmth, vitality and energy that significantly contrasted with city’s urban cityscape. As the guests entered into the glass venue, they could experience the sense of adventure and liveliness ‘Tropical Paradise’ has to offer.
The event was a huge success, attracting over 300 local and international media and fashion bloggers to lead ongoing discussions and opinions about Swarovski’s new line of fashion accessories.
DT is pleased to organise Swarovski’s Styling Day for more than 100,000 social media fans. Fans shared personal photographs of themselves online, matching different fashion accessories for different occasions in hope to win a personal styling session with Swarovski’s Creative Director, Nathalie Colin. Hundreds flocked to the event for Nathalie’s fashion advice on different jewellery’s unique characteristics and the infinite possibilities of matching outfits fashionably.
An effective integration of traditional and digital marketing has helped to promote a dynamic interaction between Swarovski and its target audience, cultivating brand loyalty and better relationships with consumers. The fans’ high participation rate also helped garner media’s attention and achieved wide coverage for the event.
DT is the brain behind Forever 21′s first launch in China. Successful campaigning efforts for the popular fashion retailer had led to more than 5000 people queuing up before its grand opening day.
Besides the talk-of-the-town fashion show and a wide media coverage, the huge turnout was largely due to a successful online campaign, driven by the discussions and anticipation of social celebrities. Social celebrities were invited to dedicated VIP nights to get a glimpse of the new Forever 21 outlets. These efforts proved to be successful as the number of Chinese weibo fans and Facebook fans increased by 400% and 150% respectively.
