PinYin Partners (PYP) launched a new program in 2011, to set up a network of some of the most talented university students in Europe and Asia. We are not only looking for corporate skills, or a PR or marketing background, and creativity alone doesn’t mean a thing. We need all of these, combined into a mixture of rare affection for cross-cultural marketing and superior business skills. In cooperation with dozens of top universities, we select our candidates through a worldwide competition and the very best will win an excellent opportunity to work in our Headquarters in Hong Kong. In the meantime, the best students in each country remain our local liaisons to help our work on the ground.
