DT Past Employee Program is a platform for our past employees to share experiences and information, which is also a great channel to retain the good relationship between the company and the employees. Our past employees are our “children” – we treasure this relationship and aim to give them support and assistance even when they are working for other companies.
Through this program, existing and past employees can exchange and expand their network. Past employees across the years may get a chance to meet and build long term and close relationships. We also arrange different alumni talks and organize workshops for existing staff.
Valuable friendships are worth more than anything else in life. Hence, we should not waste good relationships we have spent time on since their values could exceed our expectations of creating immense synergy together. So, let’s keep in touch!
